Coronavirus Diary

Today is Sunday, June 11, 2o23. As the soon-to-be-defendant in an unprecedented 37-count federal indictment tells his deluded supporters that he’s innocent of all charges, a former prosecutor has predicted that Dumpf will go to jail “probably for the rest of his life” after he’s found guilty of compromising national security.

This former prosecutor, Glenn Kirschner, a former U.S. Army prosecutor, made his comments in a Mirror article by Vassia Barber entitled “Donald Trump could spend rest of his LIFE in prison and die in jail cell, expert claims.”

Kirschner has suggested that Dumpf will most likely be convicted of the 37 counts he has been indicted with, as I mentioned the amount of years Dumpf could be staring at as he’s convicted of all the counts against him.

In an interview with Dean Obeidallah, Kirschner said, “I think [special counsel Jack Smith] will do everything he can to get Donald Trump convicted and ask the judge to send him to prison probably for the rest of his life.”

According to the former prosecutor, it’s believed that the former commander in grief will go to jail because “there needs to be a deterrent for others who are considering compromising national security by mishandling classified information.”

Continuing his assertion that Dumpf needs to be sent to prison, Kirschner stated that if Dumpf gets no jail time, “there will be no deterrent value in the entire process of the criminal investigation, indictment, and trial.”

Therefore, Kirschner predicted that the demagogue will be convicted and highlighted that a sentence of home detention, for example, “would not serve as a punishment.”

Meanwhile, one of Dumpf’s legal brain trust claimed there is “no way” his moron of a client will take a plea deal.

As one would expect, in his first appearance after the indictment was handed down, the mishandler of classified material blasted his historic indictment as “ridiculous” and “baseless” and tried to turn, sickeningly, the dire legal peril he faces to political advantage.

In a speech in Georgia, Trumpf put on a funny voice as he joked about the “espionage” accusations and imitated the Democratic administration claiming Dumpf is “obstructioning . . . obstructing” justice. Here Dumpf had a senior brain fart when he couldn’t say the correct word here. Then he went on to say to a mostly adoring stupid audience false claims about something known as the Presidential Records Act, “which is not at all a criminal act and everything.” He then sneered about the indictment that references the Espionage Act in which he is charged under, saying, “Doesn’t that sound terrible? Ohhh, espionage! We got a box. I got a box. The espionage.”

This piece of garbage will certainly play a different tune when he is arraigned next week in Miami a day before his 77th birthday, as he faces the real possibility of putting on an orange jumpsuit.

In the wake of this unprecedented indictment against a former president, we have so much incendiary talk from the far right over the charges that some extreme members of the radical fringe are calling for a second civil war to be launched as a result of this “unfair” indictment against Dumpf.

One of those repugnican ugly voices belongs to failed Arizona gubernatorial candidate Kari Lake who vowed violence to protect the former shitbag president. She had the balls to say, “I have a message for Joe Biden, Merrick Garland, and Jack Smith, and the guys back there in the fake news media, you should listen up as well, this one’s for you: If you wanna get to President Trump, you’re gonna have to go through me, and you’re gonna have to go through 75 million Americans just like me, and I’m gonna tell you, most of us are card-carrying members of the NRA,” Lake thundered at the Georgia State Republican Convention. This kind of violent rhetoric must be condemned by all sides, not just the progressive or moderate left, but by moderate Republicans if they even exist. It’s deserving that she lost the governorship; she is despicable.

Other cowardly and un-American supporters of Dumpf include the abysmal “Gym” Jordan who thrust himself into a human pretzel as he irrationally defended his Golden Idol to Dana Bash on MSNBC on her show today, Senators “Fist-Bump” Hawley, “Lady” Graham, Tuberville, and even Speaker Kevin McCarthy who said this indictment is nonsense, targeted, and utterly unfair. Another repugnican who actually advocated violence is Republican Clay Higgins who tweeted to Dumpf supporters that they should be ready. Ready for what?

In his coded tweet, this piece of garbage masquerading as a House Representative said, “This is a perimeter probe from the oppressors. Hold. rPOTUS has this. Buckle up. 1/50K know your bridges. Rock steady calm. That is all.”

To someone with an elementary school education reading this, he or she would have to wonder what the hell did this guy just write. What does this nonsense really mean? Thus many online users have interpreted Higgins’ call about “1/50K bridges” as referring to fighting. Also, the reference to “rPOTUS,” as explained on my Sunday Banter podcast, refers to the real president, which in this case is Donald J. Dumpf. On the other hand, “iPOTUS” refers to the current president, Joe Biden, but the lowercase i near his title signifies his being an imposter. So these idiots still refer to Dumpf as the “actual” president, not Biden. What insanity!

Where are we that we have actual members of the House and Senate advocating violence in 2023 all because a real criminal has been indicted by the Justice Department? Fuck them all is all I can say.

Have a good week. Tuesday should be a momentous day. Let’s hope there will be no violence in Miami as a result of Dumpf being arraigned on his second indictment.

Stay safe and be well.
