Today is Wednesday, August 9, 2023. Today the country learned how toxic Trumpism is to the fabric of the nation when a Utah man was shot and killed by FBI special agents for allegedly making threats against President Joe Biden ahead of the commander in chief’s trip to the state. This stunning development is the subject of an online CNN article by Hannah Rabinowitz, Betsy Klein, and Arlette Saenz entitled “Utah man killed by FBI agents after he allegedly made threats against Biden ahead of president’s visit.”

The man, Craig Robertson, was pointing a gun at FBI SWAT agents, according to a law enforcement source familiar with the incident. The agents were apparently giving the man commands when he pointed his firearm at them. Robertson was facing three federal charges, including threats against the president as well as influencing, impeding, and retaliating against federal law enforcement officers by threat. Investigators noted that Robertson appears to own “a sniper rifle” and several other firearms.

Some of the threats were telegraphed just ahead of Biden’s planned trip to Utah on Wednesday evening.

One disturbing threat read, I HEAR BIDEN IS COMING TO UTAH. DIGGING OUT MY OLD GHILE SUIT AND CLEANING THE DUST OFF THE M24 SNIPER RIFLE. WELCOM, BUFFOON-IN-CHIEF!’ That’s a whole hell a lot of capitals. Do you need to be reminded as to who else dots his gibberish comments on a certain social platform with capitals all the time? Was this man echoing the style of a certain former president?

Robertson also posted online threats in recent months against other Democratic politicians and prosecutors who have brought cases against former President Donald Trump. As if we need any more proof of this late deranged Dumpf supporter. The case comes amid heightened vitriol aimed at national and local leaders in the lead-up to the 2024 election and what FBI Director Christopher Wray has called an “unprecedented” level of threats against FBI agents.

The President was briefed on the matter today in New Mexico, where he delivered remarks on manufacturing before his scheduled excursion to Salt Lake City.

Not only did this violent man make threats to Biden and other politicians and prosecutors doing their duty to prosecute the former commander in “grief,” it was discovered he made additional threats on Facebook against Attorney General Merrick Garland – including a picture of a semiautomatic handgun with the caption “Merrick Garland eradication tool” and a description of a dream about killing the attorney general. Other political heavyweights he made threats against included Vice President Kamala Harris, New York State Attorney General Letitia James, and California Governor Gavin Newsom.

This vile dead man even went after New York District Attorney Alvin Bragg, who has brought charges against Dumpf stemming from a hush-money scheme before the 2016 election. Robertson wrote, “Heading to New York to fulfill my dream of iradicating [sic] another . . . two-but political hach [sic] DAs.” The man couldn’t spell, it seems.

The angry white man didn’t stop there! He sickeningly went on and wrote, “I want to stand over Bragg and put a nice hole in his forehead with my 9mm and watch him twitch as a drop of blood oozes from the hole as his life ebbs away to hell!!”

When FBI agents originally approached Robertson at his house in March about a social media post, Robertson would not speak to the agents, saying, “I said it was a dream!” and “We’re done here! Don’t return without a warrant.”

If this were really a dream or a real scenario of what this horrible man intended to do if he were able to carry out his nefarious scheme, he is now forever erased from the planet before he could execute his terrible plan. May he rest in Hell!

As the perennially juvenile former president continues his verbal attacks against his perceived enemies at campaign rallies and on “Truth” Social, a looming indictment against him is imminent in the state of Georgia. Today an online article in Raw Story paints that picture of a fourth indictment as it is written by Gideon Rubin entitled ‘They’re coming for everyone’: Georgia indictments send Trump allies running for cover.”

As Fulton County District Attorney Fani Willis nears her decision on whether to indict Donald Dumpf over allegations that he tried to overturn the state’s 2020 presidential election, the former president’s allies are growing increasingly nervous that they could be ensnared in the sprawling probe, Rolling Stone reports.

It is assumed that Willis is likely to indict a number of Humpty Dumpty’s associates in addition to the ringleader, according to the report, which cites three sources who have spoken with prosecutors.

A lawyer who has spoken with prosecutors in connection with the investigation told Rolling Stone, “It really seems like they’re coming for everyone.”

The counselor said, “Based on what I know, Willis and her team do not seem to be stopping at Donald Trump. The scope for this [likely coming indictment] is probably going to be a hell of a lot wider than that . . . and round up a significant number of people.”

Willis is considering using Georgia’s Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organizations (RICO) statute, which would extend her authority to charge others in connection with a criminal conspiracy, according to the report.

One of the main benefits a RICO prosecution offers is the ability to bring in evidentiary statements that would otherwise be considered “hearsay,” former federal prosecutor Mitchell Epner told Rolling Stone.

Epner said that statements made by any conspirator in furtherance of a conspiracy is admissible evidence against all conspirators. “In other words, it’s not hearsay.”

Something we can look forward to in this kind of indictment charged by Willis against Dumpf’s stupid allies in trying to overturn the election in the Peach State is that every defendant could be confronted by the stupidest things that Rudy Giuliani said. And let’s hope that Giuliani is one of those allies of Dumpf that are indeed indicted by Fani Willis in Georgia.
