And So It Goes

Today is Monday, November 3, 2025. It’s late here owing to Elliot and me hosting our neighbor/friend “Diane” tonight over the apple walnut cake I baked yesterday. She brought a bottle of prosecco with which to toast me in advance over my coming birthday this Saturday She just left close to 10. Atticus was quite present all during the time of Diane’s visit. He eventually got up on the kitchen table to sniff the remnants of the apple cake. He even came up to Diane’s knee for a little while.

Today the fucking entire repugnican party was excoriated in an address by House Minority Leader Hakeem Jeffries who slammed the GOP and the president as “running a Pedophile Protection Program (PPP)” as the government shutdown enters its 34th day! I’ll just lighten the evening by repeating a Dump joke: “How many Trump supporters does it take to change a lightbulb? None. Trump just says he fixed it – and they all stand around cheering in the dark.” That’s the joke; I found it on Instagram.

Some good news: the sitting president or golfing president, whatever you want to call him, has received the worst approval ratings ever. An online CNN article covers this great news for the opposition party by Jennifer Agiesta entitled “Democrats are more enthusiastic about the midterms as Trump’s approval hits a second-term low, CNN poll finds.”

Thus one year out from the midterm elections, the Democratic Party holds a sizable enthusiasm advantage as views of President Poop dip further into negative territory, according to a CNN poll conducted by SSRS.

According to this poll, Dump’s approval rating stands at just 37 percent, the worst of his second term in CNN polling and roughly equivalent to his 36 percent approval rating at this point in his first disastrous term. His disapproval rating is 63 percent, just one point above the previous high of 62 percent as he was leaving office in January 2021.

According to the poll, even though Democratic-aligned voters remain far less fond of their own party (65 percent have a favorable view of the Democratic Party) than Republican-aligned voters (80 percent have a favorable view of the GOP), but even those Democratic-aligned voters with a negative view of the party are almost universally behind the Democratic candidate in their district (93 percent) and broadly motivated to vote (71 percent say they are extremely motivated).

All told, Democrats hold a 12-point advantage among those voters who say they are extremely or very motivated to turn out next year. This is probably not as true of those identifying as repugnican.

Americans as a whole are broadly dissatisfied with the state of the country (as they should be: 68 percent say things are going badly) and the economy (72 percent say it’s in bad shape, and 47 percent call the economy and cost of living the top issue facing the country). About 6 in 10 (61 percent) say Dump’s policies have worsened economic conditions in the country.

Americans are increasingly likely to say Chump has gone too far in using the power of the presidency – 61 percent say so, up 9 points since February. On President Poop’s desecration of the East Wing, 54 percent of the public is screamingly dissatisfied or angry with this, with just 10 percent saying they’re satisfied with or happy about that decision. Another 36 percent (including nearly half of repugnicans) say it doesn’t matter to them. These are the people who don’t think much about this at all.

The CNN poll was conducted by SSRS online and by phone from October 27 to 30 among a random national sample of 1,245 adults, including 954 registered voters.

Tomorrow is Election Day here and in many other states. It will be interesting to see if voters will turn against President Poop’s endorsement of former governor Andrew Cuomo as mayor and elect Zohan Mamdani as the first Muslim mayor of the Big Apple.

Tomorrow also marks my gay men’s reading club meeting where we will discuss The Power of the Dog which I finished reading more than two weeks ago. So I’ll be absent from this venue until Wednesday.

Have a great Election Day, everyone. Vote for the candidate you believe will be best for New York. The last one was surely a bad fit. I’m very concerned if Proposition 50 on California’s ballot will be approved, which will be a bulwark against fucking repugnican redistricting in other states.

And so it went!

And So It Goes

Today is Wednesday, March 5, 2025. I’m not writing about that boring, delusional speech given yesterday by a delusional, out-of-touch president, but I will report on the response by the party not in charge right now, the Democrats, who took certain steps to voice their opposition to the president and to his cruel policies that have been enacted in just two months of his second term. I can unarguably say that the total response by Democrats was not effective, unfortunately, except for the actions of one man, Rep. Al Green (D-TX) who disrupted the proceedings and shouted at Dump that he has “no mandate” to loot Medicaid, and then was forcibly removed from the chamber. Who remembers that bimbo Marjorie Taylor Greene who shouted at President Joe Biden during his State of the Union address some years ago and was not escorted out. However, this Democrat who had every right to shout his opposition at the cruel actions being taken by this administration is forcibly ejected from the room. What fucking hypocrisy! The Supreme Leader brooks no dissent from his subjects! It’s all fucking rotten. Of course, Green’s action bothered that wimp Speaker MAGA Johnson who is now threatening to censure him. Again, MTG or Lauren Boebert who also showed her disrespect for the president by haranguing him at the time were never shown the door.

A critical online article of the Dems’ response appears in Wonkette by Evan Hurst that is entitled “In A World Of Useless MF-ing Democrats, Be An Al Green” which is very critical of the tepid response taken by Democrats yesterday during Dump’s long-winded address. At the onset, the writer says the only Democrat “who truly met the moment was Rep. Al Green.” Hurst mentions that a number of Democrats simply did not attend, which helped to reduce the Supreme Leader’s crowd size that definitely would be very perturbing to the little man who always exaggerates the size of his crowds, which is probably a subliminal acknowledgement of a small penis.

Outside, the chamber, Green said, “It’s worth it to let people know that there are some people who are going to stand up” to Donald Trump. Bravo, Rep. Green. I wished more of your colleagues had the balls to do what you did. Some Democrats at some point did walk out – the speech did go on interminably and people had to pee – and some wore T-shirts with an anti-Dump message like young Rep. Maxwell Frost (D-Fl) who who wore a T-shirt with this message: “No kings live here.” Democratic Rep. Melanie Stansbury held a sign that said, “This is not normal,” which is indubitably correct about last night’s address. Then I hear that a MAGA jerk by the name of Rep. Lance Gooden physically ripped it out of her hands. The writer opines that Johnson will never reprimand this repugnican thug who basically assaulted Stansbury.

The little signs that Democrats did hold up received no praise from this writer, and I would tend to agree with him. He writes, “They looked like pickleball paddles or like all the Democrats thought it was bingo night. It was stupid.”

Hurst even critiqued the Democratic response from Elissa Slotkin which he found “boring.” It was “not what the occasion called for.” I did hear her response and I would also tend to agree with the Wonkette journalist here. It wasn’t very strong of a response. It should have had all the fire and brimstone of an evangelical sermon and it didn’t. It should have called Dump a wanna-be dictator and this was not stated.

The writer here blames Democratic House Leader Hakeem Jeffries for such a tepid response from his House colleagues. It was Jeffries who told members not to protest or hold signs or otherwise disrupt the proceedings. He also told them not to clap much. So if you want to blame someone for this weak response to the ravings of a lunatic, you can thank Mr. Jeffries. This is so sad – when the reaction to the injurious actions that Dump is implementing in such a short time should be nothing but outrage from the party that is left to push back against the madman’s agenda.

Let’s hope that the Democratic Party does adopt a more rigorous approach to pushing back against the worst aspects of this rogue president. There’s no time to lose.

And so it went!

And So It Goes

Today is Wednesday, December 11, 2024. If this story can be accepted as true – which you really always can’t do these days since everything is suspect if it appears in the news – it seems that most Americans actually expect president-elect Donald Chump to do a good job upon his return to the White House next month (54%) and a majority approves of how he’s handling the presidential transition so far (55%), according to a new CNN Poll conducted by SSRS. This hard-to-believe story appears online for CNN in an article written by Jennifer Agiesta entitled “CNN Poll: Most Americans approve how Trump is handling his return to the White House.”

I will just write some of the more striking delusional things that most Americans think this incoming president will accomplish, mainly that almost 7 out of 10 Americans in the new poll think Dump will be able to bring change to the country (68%), though only about half (48%) say they think it will be change for the better. Those who think Drumpf will bring change to the country really are in for a shock when they realize just how bad that change will be. They have no idea!

As expected, it’s only repugnicans who have grown more positive about the state of the country postelection: 30 percent say things are going well now (wait until 2028), up from 14 percent at the start of 2024 and higher than at any point during Biden’s time in office. Independents are also more bullish on the country’s direction: 43 percent say things are going well, 56 percent say badly. That’s the largest share of independents to say things are going well since January 2020, before the COVID pandemic began.

Among Democrats, though, positive feelings are on the decline following their party’s loss of both the White House and control of the Senate in the November election, with just 40 percent saying things are going well now. (I’m surprised it’s even that high!) That’s down from 62 percent at the start of 2024 and the worst since the summer of 2022, following a Supreme Court ruling which overturned Roe v. Wade and upended federal protections for abortion.

One particular area in which most Americans show how truly deluded they are is in the area of the economy, in which more Americans say they have “a lot” of confidence in Dump’s ability to handle the economy than those who said so about George W. Bush (29%), Bill Clinton (20%), or Ronald Reagan (26%) during their transitions. All I can say about this is just wag my head in stupefaction and declare that most voters are really stupid.

One of the measures found in the poll that closely mirrors how Americans now think of the ridiculous band of rogues being considered for Dump’s cabinet are the low numbers associated with confidence in the incoming president to appoint the best people to office that is notably down compared to 2016 (26% now compared with 32% in 2016).

Even among repugnicans, just 56 percent express deep confidence in their Golden Idol to appoint the best people to office, lower than on the other six items tested in the poll, and down from 72 percent in 2016. At least this jibes with the collective grim sentiment here regarding Dump’s reckless cabinet choices.

Now three-quarters (75%) of Americans say they would rather have Chump “mostly choose people who have the best experience and qualifications for each role, even if they may not always support his positions.” This is a chimera, given that Dump is not normal in any sense of the word. To me, this reflects how too many people normalize this convicted felon – even at this late date.

I can’t believe the results of this poll, which is that most of us – not you or I – have clearly forgotten Dump’s record of pure shit during his first term in office and are going through the beginning of his second term with blinders on. It’s like a majority of citizens are now experiencing collective amnesia with regard to Chump.

As for me, I do expect the worst from this guy and there were hundreds of signs that a second term would be more than disastrous, it would almost assuredly verge on the cataclysmic. And I’m not being pessimistic here; I’m being just realistic. So let’s see what will happen over the course of the next four years. I don’t think I’m wrong at all; if I am, I promise to stop writing.

And so it went!

And So It Goes

Today is Sunday, December 8, 2024. The truth is out: new polling (this is the last time I’ll cite this since I’m so exhausted by what happened on November 5 – and I’m still processing it like millions of other disillusioned and angry Americans) exclusively conducted by J. L. Partners for DailyMail.com asked in a few words what they think was the main reason why Chump won and Vice President Kamala Harris lost. What emerged as the two top reasons for explaining the disappointing election results – for America – is contained in the article appearing online in the DailyMail.com entitled “Stunning reason Kamala Harris lost the election, according to poll.”

The first reason, according to the poll, should not be much of a surprise to anyone: the economy is cited as one of the top reasons why Harris lost, but another main one according to voters was because – gasp! – she’s a woman.

The poll, conducted between November 29 and December 1, asked more than 1,000 voters to weigh in. Other words that voters used discussing Drumpf’s win were “Biden,” “tired,” “immigration,” “hate,” “change,” “racist,” and “incompetent.” I’m not sure which camp used which words here, but the ones associated with the current president have nothing to do with Harris, but many voters clamped the two together, not seeing a clear split between the two. So they see tired as defining Biden, but how they see it with Harris I can’t fathom. Yes, the immigration issue has become a lightning rod for far-right tropes about the border and how brown this country is becoming and how one party can’t fucking deal with it. Hate and racist should easily be associated with the Dump camp, not the Harris campaign. Also incompetent, which you will see gobs of it in the next four years under a second Chimp administration. Or should I say incompetence. Oh, you will also see change under a second Chump administration, so much of it, you won’t recognize America by the end of 2028. And, of course, it won’t be good change either.

It was Harris voters who blamed Harris’s sex as the reason for her loss. It was the top word they used to answer the question, somewhat reminiscent of when Hillary Clinton ran and lost to Drumpf in 2016 – on my birthday, no less.

Other Harris voters blamed the results on Dump’s “lies” and claimed it was because Americans are “stupid.” I can’t dispute this at all. All of my left-leaning friends cited this adjective as one of the major reasons for Dump’s stunning win. Some listed the economy and argued it had to do with racism.

Now look at the reasons why Dump voters cited for his win and you do get a picture of an uninformed electorate who gets its news – what of it – through Fox News or TikTok or whatever inadequate source of real news, and you must laugh: the words are tired (here again, Biden was NOT running, it was Harris), “experience” (did these fucking voters think Dump had more experience than Harris here?), “policies” (there were no policies put forth by Chump on the campaign trail other than being a dictator on Day 1), and “inflation.” Biden did succeed in reigning in prices during his tenure in the White House, but people were still struggling with prices at the grocery store and elsewhere which were deemed too high. They really don’t understand that these high prices were more of a consequence of companies engaging in price gouging. They should have been angry at corporations, not the president, in this instance, but, heck, they’re uninformed anyway.

Another story that I’d like to comment on that truly shows the depths of America’s pathology here and that is the response of many people to the assassination of UnitedHealthcare CEO Brian Thompson in New York just a few days ago. Ok, I get it! The guy was not universally liked because he was a chief executive officer of a major healthcare company that has denied health care to many, many sick individuals. So the response to the man’s murder by a hooded assassin here is not one of empathy for the victim, but what is deemed as a “macabre” celebration of the assassin. This weekend, people have gone so far as to hold a “lookalike” competition dressed up as the killer of Thompson who has still not been captured by the police. This competition occurred in Washington Square Park yesterday, December 7. Many turned out for the event, dressed up in ghastly cosplay approximating the killer’s outfit as captured on camera.

Critics of Thompson have gone so far as to calling him a “serial killer” for his policies and the effect they had on real, everyday people. You may know one of his victims. But to celebrate his death! To me, it’s a little too far; I do understand that denial of healthcare can rip families apart, causing some medical bankruptcy, while others die from lack of care – care that they’d paid for through premiums.

Maybe this tragic event will now shine a spotlight on a failing healthcare system that seems designed from the ground up to extract money from customers and deny them healthcare, leaving a trail of death in its wake. The words found engraved on the bullets used during the shooting are “deny,” “defend,” and “depose,” a reference to the tactics used by healthcare companies to avoid providing healthcare. Maybe this issue should be taken up in the halls of Congress, but now that Dump has been reelected, don’t expect to see this subject get much attention during his four-year reign.

So how do you feel, good reader, to this recent murder of a fat cat healthcare executive? Would you celebrate it or say it was horrible? Would you contend that no one deserves to die that way, even if he or she were representatives of a failed system that is clearly designed to deny healthcare to its sickest members?

Anyway, have a nice week.

And so it went!

And So It Goes

Today is Tuesday, October 15, 2024. The latest insanity from Donald Duck’s campaign took place at a town hall in Pennsylvania yesterday that devolved into a bizarre, surreal event highlighting the repugnican candidate stilt dancing for 30 minutes in front of hot and sweaty audience members, where two people fainted because of the heat. The event was covered in all of its bizarreness in an online WGTC article by Nahila Bonfiglio entitled “‘Guys. This is not normal’: Anyway, here’s Donald Trump behaving like a lost weirdo who can’t dance and refuses to leave the stage.”

During the first half of the event, Drumpf ranted and raved as usual about our country going to Hell in a hand basket because of millions of migrants pouring into the country, but things took a strange turn in the second half. “After two separate attendees experienced medical issues during the Q&A portion of the evening, Trump just decided to ditch the format entirely.”

Rather than answer pressing questions posed by voters less than one month ahead of the election, Trump decided he was done speaking. But instead of announcing that the event was over, he just turned the whole ghastly event into the “worst concert since the Red Hot Chili Peppers bungled their 1992 SNL appearance.”

Instead of recognizing how hot it was in the room and discharging everyone, Dump engaged in a crazy 30 minutes of improvisation, “delivering a stilted, stiff, awkward dance from the stage, while watching his baffled followers slowly trickle out.” By the time the last song played, a bulk of the attendees were gone from the auditorium.

In attendance with the Orange Fool were dog killer Kristi Noem who looked wild eyed and squirmed along with him on stage. Here a whole rash of media outlets are speculating on the mental state of the repugnican frontrunner. This is no joke, folks? If President Biden or even Kamala Harris ever did the same fucking thing, the press would be on their backs for doing such an unhinged thing!!! The Atlantic, however, did say that Dump’s appearance last night was evidence of a mental breakdown.

I’m watching footage from that town hall on MSNBC and it’s truly pathetic. The Orange Buffon is standing on the stage while gay anthem “YMCA” is playing in the background. Does this guy know that this song is a gay anthem even? “If this is your grandfather, you’d take his keys away!” Vice presidential candidate Tim Walz just retorted this to his supporters at a rally today.

Here is a direct quote from the concluding paragraph of this article that strongly outlines his declining mental agility very well: “Trump, for his part, genuinely seems to be losing a little bit more control over his faculties with each passing day. His appearances are getting stranger, his speeches are getting harder to understand – a massive feat unto itself – and his own supporters are starting to see through the brain rot to the meandering old man beneath. Trump’s team can try to conceal it all they want, but his diminishing mental state gets clearer by the day, and voters can’t help but notice.”

Finally, maybe the news media will come to the same conclusion like most of us have already that Donald Duck is losing his mind and cannot be within the reins of power ever again! And I am seeing more and more articles coming to this conclusion right now and this is quite good.

Another major failure for the repugnican candidate occurred during an appearance at the Economic Club of Chicago today in which the emperor was clearly shown without his clothes on. Dump was being interviewed by John Micklethwait, Bloomberg News‘ editor-in-chief who drilled into the former president’s horrible economic proposals for this country if people were to stupidly elect him again in November. Micklethwait outlined the brutal truth that Dump’s economic agenda, if enacted, would add $7.5 trillion to the national debt, or 150 percent of GDP. This represents twice the total that Kamala Harris’s plans would add. These details were provided in an online article for The New Republic by Hafiz Rashid entitled “Trump Falls Flat on His Face When Told His Plans Will Wreck Economy.”

When Dump couldn’t come up with a rational answer to the journalist’s probing questions, he did what he does best: He lashed out at his interrogator instead of answering the query.

Micklethwait did not budge from his position, continuing to challenge Dump throughout the combative interview, citing the Wall Street Journal to note that costs of Drumpf’s economic promises were stratospheric.

Here Dump launched in a stupid tirade about what the Wall Street Journal knows. He said, “What does the Wall Street Journal know? I’m meeting with them tomorrow, what does the Wall Street Journal know? They’ve been wrong about everything, so have you, by the way. You’ve been wrong about everything.” Here Dump lashes out at his interviewer and the respected newspaper as a distraction; everyone knows he’s been found out in a lie and can’t extricate himself. Dump proceeded to cut Micklethwait off. He continued to diss the journalist, saying, “You’ve been wrong all your life on this stuff.” Of course, he didn’t know what he was saying in this regard.

It was clear that Dump was clearly caught off his guard at the event, not expecting an interview in which his grandiose promises would actually be examined under a microscope since he has the Republican Party’s usual support from the business community, who haven’t questioned him about specifics – until now.

This major stumbling during this event may go a long way in helping Kamala Harris’s cause, as she is hoping to peel business leaders away from supporting Dump and the GOP and this terrible performance might just convince them to throw their support behind Harris now.

Anyway, tomorrow Elliot and I will be heading toward Italy. I hope there will be no “October surprise” directed toward the galvanizing Harris-Walz campaign. If there is such a thing, let it doom the campaign of one Donald J. Trump.

We’ll be back on Tuesday, October 29, two days before Halloween.

Ciao, everyone!

And so it went!

And So It Goes

Today is Wednesday, October 2, the eve of Rosh Hashanah for those who observe the Jewish New Year. Since this is the observance of the Jewish New Year, what better time to retire my old title for this blog, “Coronavirus Diary,” so I’ve decided on a new name, “And So It Goes,” which will contain some of the same reflections and content that I have incorporated into the old one, begun more than 4 years ago. So I hope you like it.

Yesterday was the vice presidential debate between the two contenders for the position, Hillbilly Elegy author JD Vance and the governor of Minnesota, Tim Walz. I did not have the opportunity to watch the whole thing, which I’m glad I didn’t since the debate, I think, lacked the drama of the presidential debate between Donald Dump and Vice President Kamala Harris on September 10. The reason I couldn’t watch the debate from the beginning was that I was attending my gay men’s reading club meeting with my friend “Harvey” last night that started at 6:30 and ended at 8, whereupon we walked to Julius’s Bar, about five minutes away.

The meeting last night attracted a stunning number of participants: about 50 men of all stripes and ages. There were so many more participants this time that we had to expand the circle of hard-back chairs to allow more members access to a seat. I was totally surprised by this; I had missed two months’ worth of meetings because of our traveling, so I was not expecting such a turnout. The book we were discussing was Sean Hewitt’s All Down Darkness Wide, a grim story of identity and a man’s grappling with his lover’s mental breakdown. As usual, the discussion was scintillating. However, as I whispered a few times to Harvey, it was difficult to hear what some of the guys were saying if they were sitting away from us and were not projecting their voices. I must note that the next time I have difficulty hearing what someone is saying, I should bring this up with the moderator, “Jeffrey.”

After the discussion, a small knot of us walked over to Julius’s. Harvey walked there with me to have something to eat since he was unable to meet me for dinner at 5. I met him at the IFC Center around 5:30.

As we entered the dimly lit bar, Harvey and I made our way to a table to order something. Even though I had dinner at the Washington Square Diner, I was a little hungry. So we ordered a cheeseburger for Harvey and a grilled cheese sandwich for me, plus a bottle of Corona. I also ordered an order of small French fries. All the members of the reading club were standing in small circles by the wall and conversing animately.

After 9 or so, Harvey said he would have to leave since he had to return to Edison, New Jersey. I said I’d go with him to the subway, so we said our goodbyes to the group members standing by the wall and I noted the next meeting is being held on Tuesday, Election Day (November 5), unless it’s canceled.

Anyway, to me, the real moment that defined the lying son of a bitch called JD Vance came toward the end of the debate which I heard and that was when the Orange Turd’s vice presidential candidate could not say forcefully that Dump lost the election in 2020. He fucking obfuscated, talking about the stupid future, and never answered Walz about whether Dump lost the election or not. This is when Walz called Vance’s nonanswer to a simple question a “damning nonanswer.” That, to me, could be a game changer in favor of the Harris-Walz ticket because it really shows voters cannot trust this jerk as well as his employer. This was one of Walz’s stronger moments, but it came all the way at the end of the generally overall civil showdown, unlike the contentious one on September 10.

What is even more damaging to the former president is the release today of a 165-page document outlining special counsel Jack Smith’s election conspiracy case against the Orange Turd. The document was released by U.S. District Judge Tanya Chutkan today that spells out Drumpf’s criminal acts leading up to and on January 6, 2021. We should all ask ourselves when the details of this document are now made known for every American to absorb, “How could we conceivably elect this asshole as president again?” This story appears in an online CNN article by Katelyn Polantz, Turner Sneed, John Fritze, Hannah Rabinowitz, Devan Cole, Holmes Lybrand, and Marshall Cohen.

The document, according to Smith, describes what he has determined that Dump did as a private citizen, not as a president. Smith actually references Dump’s “private criminal conduct” in the comprehensive document.

Throughout the document, Smith argues that the actions Trump took to overturn the election were in his private capacity – as a candidate – rather than in his official capacity, as a president. We all know that Smith now has to tiptoe around what constitutes official acts of a sitting president is the rotten Supreme Court’s ridiculous decision in July that granted the former insurrectionist sweeping immunity for official actions but left the door open for prosecutors to pursue Dump for unofficial steps he took.

Writing in the motion, prosecutors noted, “At its core, the defendant’s scheme was a private one. He extensively used private actors and his campaign infrastructure to attempt to overturn the election results and operated in a private capacity as a candidate for office.”

The detailed case against Dump identifies various witnesses that will be asked to testify against Drumpf, including election officials in battleground states and his White House deputy chief of staff. The prosecution also wants to prove that Dump was driving the public campaign of fraud in the election, even though he knew there was none that was widespread enough to overturn his loss.

At trial, prosecutors would like to call the only other adviser to Dump who had access to his Twitter account to testify that Dump was sending tweets on January 6, 2021, that would put pressure on then-Vice President Mike Pence to stop the counting of the electoral votes at the Capitol. That person is described as White House deputy chief of staff.

The nation will also be able to see what Drumpf saw unfolding on TV while he made comments and posted online the afternoon of January 6, 2021.

Another possible witness in this damning case against the Orange Turd is then-Attorney General Bill Barr who was once a staunch ally of the unhinged former president but infamously went against his boss in a December 1, 2020, statement in which he said the Justice Department had looked into potential election irregularities, but didn’t find any widespread fraud that could have tipped the results. This was a major move by Barr, a lifelong Republican, who basically was Dump’s lapdog throughout his administration. Barr resigned just before Christmas 2020.

If this document doesn’t result in damaging Dump’s chances of getting reelected, I’ll resign from the human race. It is so damning!

As I’ve already indicated, I’ll be away tomorrow and Friday, but will be coming home later in the afternoon in order to attend a holiday dinner given by our adopted niece, “Esther,” at her new apartment in Sunnyside. So I’ll probably be back here on Saturday.

L’Shana Tovah, everyone.

Stay safe and be well.

Isn’t this a little early for Halloween decorations, don’t you think? I passed this house on my way to Royal Collectibles, my comic book store.
